Hello from Malaga! Thank you very much for visiting my profile, it is a pleasure to accompany you through our region! I came to Spain when I was a child and have been living continuously in Andalusia for more than 35 years. Curious as I am, from the beginning I explored the different provinces of this fascinating region and I continue to closely follow all the changes and developments in this fascinating community. In my younger years, I studied business, worked in fashion and hospitality, and for many years I combined my work as a guide with audiovisual productions as a location scout, thanks to my extensive knowledge of the region. In the last 10 years, however, I have focused mainly on private travelers. After many years of leading groups as a guide and tour leader, I prefer to show our region in a more personalized way, trying above all to avoid the overcrowding that is so common today. Of course, there are top tourist attractions where you'll always find many other visitors, but I know perfectly well how to avoid the crowds. However, there are still less-visited places where you can discover authenticity and traditions. All my published tours have high ratings, but there are still many places I'd love to suggest, on a tour completely tailored to your preferences. Of course, there are tours that are always highly sought after, such as the Alhambra in Granada, Ronda, and of course our city of Malaga, which in recent years has become one of the most popular destinations. But don't forget that there are many more possibilities. I'd be delighted to suggest the most suitable option for your interests, adapted to your family (especially when several generations are traveling together). Don't hesitate to contact me for your stay in our region! For all Shore excursions and tours for more than 3 pax I use a local provider for vehicles of all sizes. (Minivan, minibus and can arrange a bus for larger groups.) If you have a rental car at your disposal we can agree the use of it or a meeting place at a convenient place. **** Alhambra in Granada sells out quickly! Please make sure to contact me with sufficent time in advance! 3 months prior to the date of your visit is recommendable.

The Alhambra is certainly Spain's most important monument. You may have in mind the palaces and the famous Lion's court, the Lion's fountain, the reflection pool of Patio de Los Arrayanes, but this is definitely not all! The Alhambra is a citadel, a former Palace town, with different districts and later added Christian buildings, as the Palace of Charles V, the Emperor of the Habsburg dynasty. In addition, there is the Generalife complex, composed by the astonishing beautiful gardens, a palace and other areas. In order to visit all of it, this takes a good 3 hours time. What makes the difference to visit this amazing monument with your private guide? Not only will you understand the concept of the Islamic way of living in the Middle Ages, but you also will understand the use of different materials, inscriptions upon the walls and the effects of light and water throughout the whole citadel. The Alhambra is an everlasting poetry written in stone. . . . and plaster.
