Hi, I'm Israel and welcome to the Canary Islands! It will be a pleasure for me to guide you around these marvelous islands. I'm originally from Venezuela, but half of my life I have been living in Spain. I love to enjoy new experiences, meet people and be surprised by life, so that's why, it wasn't for me difficult to be integrated in the Spanish culture. I finished my studies to a become a tourist guide and I started to work guiding groups around Europe, now I'm based in Gran Canaria, and since long time ago I've been learning about the history, geography, culture, nature, and other aspects of the Canarian Archipelago. As a tourist guide, my goal is to create an experience for my clients, a happiness and enjoyable time, where you can enjoy your time here as I do every day, and make of this experience, what you were expecting for. The diversity of this archipielago offers all you could wish for your holidays. The microclimates, landscapes, villages and its people make it different and interesting. Every Island has something special, volcanic landscapes, big green mountains, beatiful beaches, dunes, etc. But also you can feel the experience of visiting historical villages with the authentic Canarian soul. The Canarian gastronomy is unique, take the chance and taste it! I recommend you try ropa vieja, papas arrugadas, gofio, or garbanzada, my favorites dishes of the Canarian gastronomy. This is quick overview of all you can experience in the Canary Islands, but there's more to see, visit and discover. Israel is the best! It started with our day arriving in Gran Canaria changing and he willingly changed his tour schedule to accommodate us.
