The Canarian gastronomy is unique, take the chance and taste it! I recommend you try ropa vieja, papas arrugadas, gofio, or garbanzada, my favorites dishes of the Canarian gastronomy. The tour stops in Teror to have a walk around this charming town with its traditional balconies symbol of the Canarian architecture and for visiting Virgen del Pino's Basilica Saint Patron of Gran Canaria and religious icon of the Canarian Archipelago. 2nd. Stop Arucas Arucas is the neogothic Icone of the Archipelago, during the visit you'll visit the best Neogothic Church in the Canary Islands, but also you can visit Europe's oldest Rum factory (Available only from Monday to Friday). 3er. Stop Vegueta. We'll have a walk through Las Pamas' old town where we'll discover the beauty of this quarter, its architecture, history and how it was an influence to build the cities in America.
