We'll pick you up in Las Palmas or a nearby location and drive inland to a private vineyard in the east-central hills of Gran Canaria. The drive offers coastal and valley views, as we leave the busy areas behind. Upon arrival, we’ll walk through a protected vineyard with vines over 100 years old, learning about Canarian wine traditions and rare grape varieties. Then we sit for a curated tasting of premium wines, paired with a wild-inspired buffet of sustainable snacks — artisan cheeses, pickled herbs, and creative bites made with zero-waste techniques. The setting is peaceful, rustic, and elegant. Before we leave, you’ll try a house-made kombucha brewed with local herbs. We return via a scenic route, with time to reflect and relax.
