These experiences give me a personal bond with Hiroshima’s story of peace and recovery. As a former educator and a student of Tea Ceremony and Ikebana, I bring a perspective that blends culture, history, and daily life. Guiding has become a natural extension of my life here, and I enjoy helping travelers experience Hiroshima and Miyajima in a way that is meaningful, authentic, and unforgettable.

We totally enjoyed our tour of Hiroshima with Alex. What a great, knowledgeable and accommodating guide! He helped us veer a little off the regular path with certain food and beverage requests effortlessly. It was a rainy day but it didn’t stop us from having the best time. I highly recommend Alex if you can get him, he’s quite popular!!!

Our tour around Etajima island was a blast. We had Alex as our tour guide. He knew the island very well and told us lots of bits of Information about it.
