Hi, my name is Assem, I'm an Egyptian living in Rome for 25 years. I'm married and I have 2 kids, 14 and 16 years old. I have worked as a tour leader for 7 years leading tourist groups all over Italy, and I've been working as a tour guide in Rome for the last 15 years, and I am very passionate for history, travel and Italian cuisine. I am highly motivated and enthusiastic tour guide and a natural communicator who's able to provide tourists with a unique and unforgettable experience that encourages you to fully participate in what is going on around. Assem showed us every bit of Rome in a short time. His knowledge was beyond compare. Even though we were jet lagged, he kept our interest and made many, many stops along the way for photo ops. Highly recommend this tour.

Assem was great. Easy to communicate with. We had already seen some things on the tour and he readily added our ideas to replace them. He is very knowledgeable and had interesting stories about the history of our stops. He was very kind and accommodated a needed stop on the way.
