My name is Lina and I am an official licensed tour guide in Campania region. I'm 41 years old and I've been working as a guide in the last twenty years. I live in Vico Equense which is a little town in the Sorrento Peninsula. I was born and still live here with my husband and my four kids. I studied languages and history at the University and I love Roman history and archaeology. The ruins of ancient Pompeii and Herculaneum are my passion and I like to share it with my customers. Lena was wonderful. She had excellent communication with us prior to the excursion and customized it for what we wanted to see. We had a wonderful day in Capri and the best Pizza ever. She warned us that Capri was going to be extremely busy and it was but we made the best of the time we had on the island.

This was a great tour, and Lina was a great guide as well. The Herculaneum should not be missed, and the private tour was worth the money. We toured Pompeii with Lina A. She met us at the front gate on time, and ready to go. Our tour was 2 hours, we ended up going about 2 1/2 hours. Lina was excellent, providing a lot of historical context to what we were seeing. She knew a lot about the excavation of Pompeii, and conveyed it well. Her English was excellent.
