Kaspar is fun & personable. He personalized the tour for the 4 of us. We combined this tour in the afternoon with another of Kaspar's tour in the morning and had a great day.

Kaspar is very knowledgeable and personable. He personalized the tour for our interests. We combined this tour in the morning with Kaspar's Belvedere tour in the afternoon. That turned out to be a wonderful idea in that Kaspar taught us to use public transportation and took us for lunch in a fabulous restaurant that we otherwise would never have found.

We had a great time with Kaspar. He met us in the city center rather than at the ship and that was a little confusing for us. We took a taxi in rather than the subway and were late because of rush hour traffic but once we met up we moved right along.
