We had a great time with Kaspar. He met us in the city center rather than at the ship and that was a little confusing for us. We took a taxi in rather than the subway and were late because of rush hour traffic but once we met up we moved right along. Kasper was great. Due some delays in arriving and a time crunch on our end Kasper was incredibly insightful and knowledge. We traveled with our 12 year old and kept him engaged during our tour. highly recommend Kasper.
