Our tour with Emrullah was excellent. Seeing the underground city, then doing the hike in the Red & Rose Valley was the perfect afternoon trip while in Cappadocia. Emrullah was a knowledgeable guide and interesting person. Highly recommend.
Emrullah was the most wonderful guide! He was knowledgeable about the history of the area, as well as. current culture. We were so very thankful that he knew to arrange the time of our tour to the underground city early in the day. We had the space mostly to ourselves which really made the time spent there enjoyable vs having to navigate large crowds! One of our group is claustrophobic. It would have been miserable for her if crowded but she was able to fully enjoy this way! Emrullah is a true outdoor enthusiast and does many multi-day hiking tours. Our brief time with him as amazing, as he showed us highlights of the Red & Rose Valley which were truly breathtaking! We even got to see inside cave areas with frescoes that were 1,000+ years old. Beware that the hiking is not easy and you will need good footwear. Hiking sticks would be a plus for stability. You will need to balance and do some light climbing to reach all the views on slippery sandstone. He will totally customize the tour to your comfort and desires though, so just ask!! Emrullah is a true character and has wonderful English skills and fabulous comedic timing. We enjoyed spending the day with him & would happily do another tour!
Emrullah was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the sites we visited, and other questions we had. Can't recommend a private tour enough. He took us on a hike, about 3 miles, explaining everything from local agriculture to pigeon houses, to small churches in caves. It was a completely different experience than if we had gone solo. He is funny, engaged, and smart. It was a great time and highlight of our trip.
Awesome tour!! I had the best experience and best views of the valley! The hike was perfect - pretty easy but not for anyone unable to climb the equivalent of 2-3 flights of stairs at once. Great sites of some of the ancient churches. I enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it.

Valley itself has a mystic atmosphere like fairy chimneys are a natural pink color. •Discovering Cappadocian hidden caves and old cave churches here, which are dates AD. 5th 6th century. •Having breaks at the amazing views of the valley. •Visiting Underground City which is one of the most fascinating multilevel underground settlements of Cappadocia. This incredible underground city world contains courtyards, stables, churches, and wineries all intertwined in an extensive network of tunnels. •Back to hotel. •This is a suggested itinerary, let me know what you would like to see and do and I will customize the tour accordingly!You can send me different start time request if you want to start different time .
