1. Visit Kaymaklı Underground City (an incredible Subterranean ancient rock-cut settlement). 2. Visit Uchisar Fortress (walk to the top for views) 3. Visit Goreme Open Air Museum (UNESCO site of troglodyte churches with amazing interior frescoes) 4. Lunch to sample the famous local dish "Pottery Kebap". 5. Take a short hike to the Love Valley (1-hour walking). 6.
