Merhaba my name is Hasan, I am a Cappadocian Local Guide. I was born 37 years ago one of Cappadocia Caves. I spend my chilhood and grew up in Cappadocia. I spent sometimes of my life different cities of Turkey for studying or military service. But currently, I am living and giving guiding service in Cappadocia. I studied tourism high school in Cappadocia. After high school, I went to Kusadasi for college. I studied tourist guiding and travel management in the college. After bachelor degree, I got my tourist guiding licence in 2008. After my college gratuation, I turned back my homeland to give tourist guiding service to my dearest guests in Cappadocia. One of the main reason to turn back my homeland to do guiding, I love meeting people from different cultures and sharing my home with them. Overview of your Cappadocia tour
The name "Cappadocia" was traditionally used in Christian sources throughout history and is still widely used as an international tourism concept to define a region of exceptional natural wonders, in particular characterized by fairy chimneys and a unique historical and cultural heritage. The term, as used in tourism, roughly corresponds to present-day Nevşehir Province. In the time of Herodotus, the Cappadocians were reported as occupying the whole region from Mount Taurus to the vicinity of the Euxine (Black Sea). Cappadocia, in this sense, was bounded in the south by the chain of the Taurus Mountains that separate it from Cilicia, to the east by the upper Euphrates and the Armenian Highland, to the to the north by Pontus and to the west by Lycaonia and eastern Galatia. Hasan was an excellent tour guide! Highly recommended. He replied quickly & helpfully as I was preparing for the tour, accommodated my personal interests, helped with logistical tasks like using an ATM, & had local expertise on a range of matters -- the best walking routes, places to take photos, availability of WCs, economical places to eat that would fit my budget, etc. -- the know-how you need in a local guide. I had specific research interests that brought me to Cappadocia; Hasan helped me accomplish these from the start of my tour. He also thoughtfully recommended additional sites that dovetailed with my interests, and those site visits enriched my overall experience. He mentioned he can also assist with arranging transportation & recommending lodging according to budget. If I ever return to bring family, friends, or students here, I will definitely be contacting Hasan.

Hasan was very accommodating and patient. The kids say that the Imagination Valley was their favorite part as they liked making stories about the different shapes and exploring the area. Hasan obviously knew a lot about the history of the area and it's significance.

Your Cappadocia tour itinerary
-In the morning, your tour starts at 09:30. . We will pick our guests up from their hotel for their first encounter with the lunar landscape of Cappadocia. -We will visit the Goreme Open Air Museum consisting of five Byzantine Orthodox churches. And then Uchisar to take pictures of "The Castle" and sightseeing. -A break for lunch in Uchisar. You can enjoy Turkish cuisine in a local restaurant. -After lunch, visit Avanos which is famous for its pottery. You can see their demonstration and you can try to make it a piece yourself. -After that stop, a visit to the valley of fairy chimneys called Pasabagi. -Next is the Devrent Valley. Afterwards, Urgüp. -Following that a panoramic viewpoint to observe the fairy chimneys and the incredible rock formations and unforgettable sights. -The tour ends about 17:00 PM and we will take our customers back to their hotels with unforgettable memories in your mind. . . I will be happy to accommodate groups larger than 4 on this tour - Please inquire before booking.
