Angela was an amazing tour guide for my family of 8. Our day was well organized, we learned a lot about the culture and history, ate great food, took the Tuk Tuk, traveled through the canals in a long-tail boat, visited the flower markets and more. Angela had everything extremely well organized. We highly recommend seeing the city with her as your guide. We would have never been able to see and experience this incredible city in the way we did without her. We had an outstanding city tour day with Angela. She arranged for private transport, due to the weather and to get around the city more quickly. She provided interesting and helpful historical and cultural context to each site - important for our first visit to Thailand. Took us to a very charming local establishment for lunch along the river. We never would have been able to accomplish so much on our own. 07:30 AM – Meet your guide and take public transport to the Chao Phraya River for a scenic boat ride. 08:30 AM – Visit the Grand Palace & Temple of the Emerald Buddha. 10:00 AM – Ride a tuk-tuk to Wat Pho and see the Reclining Buddha. 11:00 AM – Explore Bangkok’s canals by long-tail boat, passing local communities and feeding catfish. 12:00 PM – Lunch at a local riverside restaurant (own expense). 02:00 PM – Visit Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn. 03:00 PM – Explore the Flower Market. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel or another agreed location.
