Hello fun loving traveler, welcome to Thailand! The land of golden stupa's, amazing food and the best holiday you can imagine. My name is Vanna and for the last 20 years I have been walking and talking around Thailand with travelers like yourself. I've been all over Thailand with couples, families, tourgroups and schooltrips. I can say that I know my country and culture inside out and love to share many fun and amazing anekdotes with you. Before I changed my life and became a Thai tour guide I mainly worked for commercial companies. For almost 10 years I was the secretary of the General Manager for Maersk shipping company at the sales and marketing department. What I learned at Maersk was how to work and communicate with people from all over the world and because each culture has it's own traits, it was a great 'school of life' for me. After this I became supervisor for the famous Chao Praya Express boat company which runs public transportation along the main river of Bangkok. I got to know the company behind this mass transportation company and all the best spots at each pier. So I love to take my guests around Bangkok while using the express boat and tell them all the ins and outs of each spot and how it all works to get around Bangkok city. I love to play sports like tennis and in my free time explore some of the new restaurants, visit local markets for newly designed items and just talk with my friends and have a good time. If you have 3 days time in Bangkok, this is the prefect trip for you. On the first day I will meet you at your hotel or your requested place inside Bangkok city. Together we will visit the golden temples, enlightened Buddha's, explore the best local markets and eat some of Thailand's best food at your desired style of restaurant. On the second day we can explore the ancient capital of Ayutthaya and you'll learn all about our history, wars with Birma and how Bangkok became the present capital. The third day we'll explore some of the best markets inthe country together. these are the train market, floating market and if you like Don Wai market. You'll wander around markets to see where to local's shop, know all there is to know about Thai traditions and our way of living. So next to all the fun you'll have, you will really get to know Thailand and Thai people this way.
We had a great time with Vanna and would recommend her highly! She has great energy, a deep love for Thailand and terrific knowledge as well as connections. She loves to do extra things like buying us exotic fruit, stopping at small hidden gem places, or being flexible based on reading the mood and body language of pir family. She is also really punctual, organized, kind, and has a great sense of humor.

Vanna’s knowledge of the people and history is just what you need to start learning about this wonderful country. She will also help you learn the local travel system so that you can get out on your own.
We could not have wished for a guide like Vanna. She was really magical and made our Bangkok stay special and unforgettable. We travelled with 2 kids (5 and 1 year old) and she was so patient and had such a great feeling for the family flow and needs. At the same time she managed to show us everything we wanted to see as she is super organized and structured. She catched my older son with her stories and he was so interested in everything she had to tell. He will never forget her. I can highly recommend!
Vanna is a fun, high-energy woman who gave us a Fabulous 3-day tour of Bangkok & the vicinity. Having Excellent English, she was organized & helpful in arranging transportation & assisting with other logistics, plus recommend restaurants during our stay. She shared her stories with us and gave us insight into her life in Thailand. She showed us the highlights, giving us a real taste of the city with a local flavor. My family and I absolutely loved exploring Bangkok with Vanna over 3 days! She is an amazing guide - energetic, funny, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what she does. We had so many days in Bangkok and they were planned with so many fun activities. Vanna had everything set up for us but she was also flexible enough to change depending on or wants/needs of the day. She has the absolute best personality that constantly made us laugh and enquire more about her and her country. I really felt like she was part of the family.
Suggestions for a three day Bangkok tour: Day 1: Visit Wat Traimit golden Buddha and explore the backstreets markets of Chinatown. Walk along the royal palace grounds and feel the grandeur of our Thai royal family and history. Eat amazing Thai food. Get a 30 minute Thai massage at Wat Pho and make a stunning picture of this immense Buddha statue. Hop on a longtail (James Bond) boat and discover the local life along the river and canals. Day 2: A great day to ancient Ayutthaya to visit the ruin palaces and distroyed temples during the wars with Birma. Just let me know what you hope to see and do and I'll set up your dream trip for you. Day 3: Drive out of town to the floating market and discover the ancient merchant lifestyle of local Thai people. You can explore the countryside by boat and visit many amazing places on the way like coconut sugar farm, Thai ceramic making, the train market and much more.
