- Our private tour begins with a comfortable drive from your Bangkok hotel to the ancient capital of Ayutthaya. - We'll start our exploration at Wat Yai Chaimongkhon to see its giant victory pagoda, followed by a visit to the colossal golden Buddha at the riverside Wat Phananchoeng. - Next, we enter the UNESCO historical park to discover Wat Phra Mahathat, home to the iconic Buddha head entwined in banyan tree roots. - We continue to the former Royal Temple grounds to see the three great spires of Wat Phra Si Sanphetand the massive bronze Buddha at Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit. - Afterward, we'll enjoy an authentic Thai lunch at a local Ayutthaya restaurant. - Our final stop is the stunning riverside monastery, Wat Chaiwattharanam, known for its beautiful Khmer-style towers. - Finally, we'll relax on the comfortable drive back, where I will drop you off safely at your hotel in Bangkok.
