The Art of Tapas in Malaga

We’ll begin at Atarazanas Food Market, former Arabic shipyard, now a vibrant hub of fresh seafood, meats, and produce. Mingle with locals and soak in the authentic atmosphere. Then, step back in time with a visit to Málaga’s old city walls, hidden beneath a five-star hotel — and imagine guarding the city like an Arab soldier. Finally, we’ll relax at Colmado 93, a beloved tavern where my grandfather once filled bottles of house wine. Open for over 100 years, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy hot and cold tapas, local wines, or vermouth — like a true Malagueño. There is a chance we don't find a table to sit down. Reservations cannot be made but that the typical way. Time tables available are more quiet except Fridays and Saturdays afternoon. I am always flexible, open to changes and adapting to your preferences, whatever your heart desires.

There, we’ll relax and enjoy a delicious spread of tapas, paired with regional wines or a glass of vermouth.
