Hi everyone, my name is David and I'm a licensed Tour guide for one of the most beautiful regions in Spain. . . . . . Andalucia. I was born in Barcelona but I'm 100% Andalusian since I moved to Malaga when I was only 7 years old. In 1993 I got my degree in Tourism and since then I have been working in the tourist sector, so now I'm proud to say that I am quite experienced leading Shore excursions for cruise passengers and tailor-made tours for families, couples and small parties. I am a friendly and cheerful person with 4 passions in this life. . . . traveling, history, cooking and of course my family as I consider myself a family man and I would love to share those passions with you. Under my point of view a good guide should also be a good psychologist given that the most important in a customized tour is to LISTEN to the traveler needs and expectations and carry out the tour accordingly and that's how I understand I have to do my job creating an unique experience for my guests. In my tours I like to create a magic atmosphere combining history, art and our traditional way of life with the most surprising curiosities and the funniest anecdotes, adding of course a bit of the secret potion our delicacies, wines and local cuisine. We have Sun, beaches, History, Art, wonderful museums, lovely people and yummy food therefore ALL WE NEED IS YOU! I'm waiting for you in Málaga, are you coming??? * Official and licensed Tour guide in Andalusia nº 1381 * Official and licensed Tour guide in Canary Island nº 3733 * Member of a professional Tour Guides Association in Málaga (Guidesur) * Graduate in Tourism studies. * Special credentials for the most visited monuments in Andalusia. Alhambra, Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum, La Concepción Botanical gardens, Nerja Caves, etc. No restrictions

Overview of your Malaga tour

On this tour, we will gradually uncover the history, traditions and hidden stories of the millenary city of Málaga at a relaxed pace, stopping along the way to explore the origins and customs of tapas culture in southern Spain. The Atarazanas market is a MUST DO!!! We move seamlessly from the authentic flavours of traditional Málaga cuisine to the more creative and sophisticated tapas of today, savouring the essence of the region with Moscatel wine, local Málaga beer, and carefully selected regional reds and whites. There is no better souvenir than the time we spend enjoying life with friends — who would want to miss something like that?

Your Malaga tour itinerary

We will stroll through Málaga’s historic old town, beginning with a visit to a traditional wine house with more than 135 years of history, continuing on to a classic local tavern, and finishing in a contemporary restaurant that reflects the city’s modern culinary scene. At each stop, we will enjoy local wines and carefully selected tapas, tailoring the experience to your preferences, pace and any dietary requirements, until you feel perfectly satisfied. As Málaga is extremely popular these days, this tour does not operate on weekends or during major holidays such as Easter, the Málaga Fair or Christmas, ensuring a more relaxed experience and the highest level of service, away from the crowds.
