At first I worked Accompanying Groups across Europe as well as a Local Tour Guide . These experiences with tourists of various cultures gave me a deeper awareness of the many issues that arise when dealing with a visitor's idea of a "Perfect Tour" …… but, very soon, I drew a passion for the South of Spain , its Art, History and Andalusian Culture . So, I started a new adventure by moving to Malaga City where I now live , a Brilliant city in every sense: Cosmopolitan and friendly , modern and traditional, lively at night and quite during the day and with an average annual temperature of around 20ºC . . . . At the appointed time, Meet and Greet at the Pier ( Cruise Passengers ) ) or any other address of your choice within Malaga City. Leaving the downtown and after a 45 minutes of scenic drive , we will reach Mijas. In our walking tour we will stroll very narrow and busy streets as we look for those unique hidden corners . We will view . . . * The Hermitage of our lady of the Rock * Visit beautiful gardens and view points from where in a clear day it's possible to distinguish the Mountains that mark the Strait of Gibraltar. * Parish Church of Our lady ( 16th cent. Fresco Paintings and Religious Ornaments ) * Rural Whitewashed houses overlooking the sea * Mijas Folk Museum , recreates the Mijas of yesterday, farming tools, oil mills, a wine cellar . . and a replica of the bedroom where " the mole of Mijas " was hidden for 30 years. * Time at leisure to enjoy the very varied local shopping and delicious and varied Tapas Total Tour Duration : Aprox. 5 hrs .
