Elena is a delight! She introduced us to her beautiful city of Málaga from the Citadel to the magnificent Cathedral, pointing out architectural and historical gems that we would never have noticed on our own. She also helped us understand the culture of this part of Spain and took us to a wonderful restaurant to sample some of its typical dishes. We had originally booked a tour of the Alhambra with her, but decided last minute that we didn’t want to go on that long a drive. Elena was incredibly flexible in changing our itinerary and provide us with this wonderful tour. We highly recommend a tour with Elena.

Our walk covers a substantial part of the historic city center, including - the Arab citadel, the Alcazaba, with its sweeping views over the city. - Along the way, we'll pass through and explore: the historical-cultural axis — old Customs House, Roman Theater, Alcazaba, Garum pools, and Picasso Museum square - The old Jewish quarter, the Cathedral and Bishop's Square, Constitution Square, Calle Nueva, Calle and Church of San Juan, Alameda Principal, and Larios Street. If you'd like to visit the interior of the Cathedral or any other monument or museum, I can tailor or extend the tour to match your interests. Although it is a walking tour, if the meeting point is at the cruise ship port, we will take an Uber to the city center. The Uber fare is not included in the tour price. If your party is larger than three people, we can take the shuttle bus from your ship. If you prefer to meet me in the city center, we can start the tour in front of the Tourist Office in Plaza de la Marina.
