Hello and welcome to Malaga! I’m Elena, an architect and tour guide, and I’d love to show you my city from a fresh perspective. After completing my university studies, I had the privilege of working with some of Málaga’s most prestigious architectural firms, contributing to building design and urban renewal projects. These experiences have given me profound insight into the city and its people. There’s nothing I enjoy more than sharing the richness of our monuments and streets, along with the historical context that shaped them. To bring history to life, I use graphic information and sketches that I create on-site—an approach you’re sure to love! In addition to my passion for architecture, I’m a food and wine enthusiast. I offer tours that combine Málaga’s history and culture with the story of its wines and rich gastronomy. If this immersive way of exploring a destination appeals to you, I can design a one-of-a-kind experience that blends architecture, history, and culinary delights, letting you savor Málaga with all your senses. And let’s not forget the broader beauty of Andalucía—a region full of captivating stories, breathtaking landscapes, vibrant cities, and charming villages. If you have a few extra days, why not explore and see why so many people from around the globe fall in love with this magical place? Let’s discover Andalucía together! We've all been drawn in by images of the Alhambra and its legends — but do you know who built this palatial city, why they chose to build it where they did, and how it related to the city at its feet? Even if some of this is familiar, there is still much to uncover: the extraordinary mastery of water engineering that made the whole complex possible, the diplomatic skill of its rulers, the architectural and decorative strategies of a powerful propaganda apparatus that kept a dynasty in power for 250 years. We'll also bring to life what daily existence felt like within its walls and courtyards, and we'll appreciate some of the pleasures the Sultan's family enjoyed in their private world. On the road to Granada, we'll cross remarkable landscapes and explore the deep, enduring connection between these two cities — a relationship that began centuries ago and continues today.
- I'll pick you up at the port, hotel, or your accommodation in a comfortable car driven by Moisés, a warm and enthusiastic local driver. For larger groups or those preferring a more spacious vehicle, I can arrange a minivan or minibus — just contact me with your group size. - At the Alhambra, we'll tour the entire palatial complex together. - Afterward, there will be time for lunch near the Alhambra — let me know in advance if you'd like me to reserve a table at one of the nearby restaurants. Please note: Alhambra TICKETS are NOT INCLUDED and must be booked at least two months ahead to access the Nasrid Palaces. Get in touch before reserving the tour if you need help with that. - If time allows, I can extend the visit to include the Albaicín Quarter and Granada's city center — just let me know. - If you have your own vehicle, ask me for the price without transportation.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
Transportation is provided in a comfortable, fully air-conditioned sedan driven by Moisés, an enthusiastic local driver who is part of the experience. The car fits up to three travelers in the rear seats, with me in the front. Need more space? I can arrange a minivan or minibus for larger groups — just reach out before booking.
