Hello. Wonderful travelers! I am Benny. Looking for a guide with the knowledge of unique cafes, traditional restaurants, history museums, panoramic observation decks, and historical architectures? If so, you hit the spot. Benny is here for you. I had majored in law in Univ. and had worked for about 10 years in a Bank before becoming a Tourist Guide. So, if you are interested in such a topic, I can tell you in-depth about Korean politics and economy. Korea has made remarkable progress in a short period of time. Aren't you curious about the secret of the fast development? If you're a huge fan of K-drama or K-pop, don't hesitate to ask where the drama or music video was filmed. I would also like to recommend K-dramas or movies that best explain Korea's past. I believe that tourist attractions have their true meaning when accompanied by a story. There are many different tours to the same tourist attraction. However, if you look at the reviews, you can find very different reactions. I think that the most valuable result depends on how much background the guide knows and how well he connects it to the attraction. My tour, as you know, is a private tour. You are the only traveler/travelers on the tour. Unlike group tours where many people go together at the same time, you don't have to look around other travelers in your group to ask your guide questions. Regarding my English, I had been dispatched to the US Army in Korea from the Korean Army (or KATUSA, Korean Augmentation Troops to U. S. Army) for about 2 years. Don't miss the great chance to meet a memorable guide! 1. Korean Tourist Guide(English speaking) License : issued by KTO (Korea Tourism Organization) 2. Korean Tour Conductor(English speaking) License : issued by KATA (Korea Association of Travel Agents) 3. Working-level training for Tourist Guide : trained by KOTGA(Korea Tourist Guide Association) 4. TESOL Certificate (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) trained and issued by Hankuk Univ. of Foreign Studies. I will do my best to help my travelers.

DMZ also known as the Demilitarized Zone is a symbol of division that cannot be found anywhere else in the world, and is a popular tourist attraction visited by many tourists. Unlike the case of Germany, in South Korea, personal travel between the North and the South is strictly regulated, as well as the exchange of correspondence. So, on Chuseok, the Korean Thanksgiving Day, many displaced people come to this place to make ancestral rites and spend a day in tears. We will buy a round-trip bus ticket at Imjingak Park, board the bus, and head to the Unification Bridge. And here is the ID verification for entering the Civilian Control Line. Afterwards, we will visit the 3rd infiltration Tunnel and Dorasan Observatory, and stop at a village called Tongilchon, or Unification Village. Afterwards, we will pay a visit to the Suspension Bridge of Gamaksan Mountain. # There are places where photography is restricted due to military reasons.

Benny was our guide for the DMZ. He was very knowledgeable and toggled well between English and Korean for our group. He seemed to have limited experience with families of small children tho. We had to ask him twice to stop the car because he started driving away before the kids were all buckled in. He also repeatedly hit hard on the gas and brake causing one of our kids to get motion sickness and throw up. The weather was also very intense, 100F+, and he skipped opportunities to make it easier for the kids, e.g. taking an elevator instead of going up the stairs or letting them sit out a section with an adult as needed. If you have teenagers or only adults in your group, Benny will do well. If you have small children in your group, you may have to provide more direction or assert your preferences so your kids can also have a positive experience. Benny really is a kind, knowledgeable guide we would recommend to others.
Highly recommend Benny Lim for this tour. He is very knowledgeable on facts about the places and events for this tour. He is very friendly and even went beyond his duty as tour guide to assist our elderly companions. He was at our hotel 15 minutes before schedule pick up time. His vehicle was clean and interior had fresh scent to it.
We had a perfect tour with Benny. We were picked up and returned on time in a clean and spacious vehicle. Benny speaks excellent English and was able to share his wealth of information with us throughout the tour. He was also quick to respond whenever we contacted him prior to the day of our tour. He took care of everything from start to finish. All we had to do was turn up! There is no need to look around for other tours. Just book with Benny. You wont regret it.
We truly enjoyed our DMZ tour with Benny; we had a group of 10 and everyone insisted on a raving review. Benny was accommodating and patient with our large group. He has a vast wealth of knowledge which he shared with us throughout the tour. We highly recommend this tour with Benny.
Complicated family trip with three generations to Korea, but Benny made the day work for all of us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and kept the team engaged. He took over my “tour guide” duties for a day and catered around our various needs. His van was big enough for all 7. Thanks again, Benny! -Justin (Denver)
