This adventure bringing to us to a real Embera indigenous community located in the chagres national park, your tour guide pick up you this morning at the lobby of your hotel for a one and a half hour drive to El Corotu on the shores of Madden Lake, on this part of the tour we explore the chagres river aboard of a motorized dugout canoe, after 20 minutes exploring the river, we arrive to a nature trail for a 40 minutes hike into a stream to reach a beautiful waterfall, is important to wear good traction water shoes for this hike. After a georgeous nature walk into one of the streams in the deep jungles of the chagres national park, we continue to the Embera village, visit the community and learn about their tradition, music, dances and taste the famous fried fish and plantains of the community with a mix of tropical fruits.
