Hello everyone, It's Danilo ! I am truly glad to welcome you to our Land of Varieties! Let's meet up and get to know more about Montenegrin ''slow'' lifestyle, local food, ongoing traditional customs, incredible history and well preserved culture! The only MUST of my tour is to prepare yourself for good mood, lots of fun and photos, everything else is flexible ! I was born and raised in Podgorica, the Capital city of Montenegro. However, I've been living in Kotor for last 10 years, and I proudly consider this amazing town as my second home! My education took me to Kotor, as I graduated on College of Tourism here - but kind and friendly people, easy way of living and delicious food made me stay for good! If I had to describe myself in 3 words, I would say KNOWLEDGABLE ATHLETHIC ENVIROMENTALIST ! I got my guiding licence in 2017, so I could officially share my love and passion for this whole region of Boka bay-1 of 10 most beautiful bays in the world!! Throughout my carreer I served and got to be friends with hundreds of travelers from all around the globe. I see tourism as passion and proffession, so I never get tired. Meeting new people and proudly presenting beauty of this country to them is my goal. * OFFICAL TOUR GUIDE LICENCE IN MONTENEGRO, Ministry of Tourism * GRADUATED COLLEGE OF TOURISM in KOTOR, University of Montenegro * DRIVING LICENCE B CATEGORY None

Spending some time doing a walking tour of Kotor city is the best way to get to know this medieval town. Wandering with me through the pedestrian-only streets will have your head swivelling from side to side trying to take in the picturesque beauty of the former palaces, historic churches and intricate stonework that shows where powerful families once lived. Along the way you'll hear about Kotor's past and present comparing, including some of local secrets and fun gossip stories ! We will see the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon, from12th century, visit Maritime Museum as well to enjoy rich history of sailing and maritime service of our seaman. While exploring together, you'll find dozens of interesting nooks and crannies that showcase a photo opportunity or an interesting piece of history. Brightly painted doors, wells, flower boxes and lounging cats provide plenty of Insta-fodder that will make you fall in love with this Unesco protected, authentic town! Let's meet up and I make some memories together!
Meet at the port or other location of your choosing. We will then do a walking tour of approx. 2 hours and we will see; - The Main Gate, - Clock Tower and Pillar of Shame - Bizanti and Pima Palaces, - the Cathedral of St. Tryphon. - Visit of the Maritime Museum - Gossip square - Orthodox square - Square of cats museum - NOTE: If you have a wish to walk up the stairs and wall (ramparts) of Kotor or visit any other place of interest that you read about or heard of, I can easily change the program and tailor this tour to suit your time and preferences - just let me know beforehand.
