Hello! My name is Dragana. By education, I am MD in Economics, but my passion is on the other side. I am running art gallery for many years now, and my special love is being a tour guide. I started working as a guide fifteen years ago, when I moved to Kotor. Since then, I am trying to share with guests this unbelievable beauty of nature, historic values, culture that I am surrounded with. Love to meet different people with different styles of life, love to travel, love art, to dance. . . . . and through out the years, I am always trying to do my best. I can customize any tour to meet your needs. Hope to see you soon in person! Discover the magnificent coastal churches, villages and vistas of Montenegro during this scenic tour of Kotor and Perast! We will start tour by visiting medieval Kotor Old Town that is surrounded by impressive medieval fortress and has perfectly preserved city center. Lets stroll around the city, fulfilled with Roman, Byzantine and Gothic buildings, and visit Kotor main sites -12th century Cathedral of St Tryphon and Church of saint Luca. . . After, we will continue to Perast - peaceful and quiet Baroque village - a unique jewel in the Boka Bay's crown. Once home to a majestic Venetian fleet of 1, 000 ships, today is a proud keeper of memory of its glorious days. As your private tour guide, I can adjust the schedule, duration and activities to meet your needs. Please let me know of any special requests you have.
guide was super. showed us her lovely city and made us all wish to spend more time. we were an extended family and everyone had a great time
Our tour guide , Petra, was an absolute delight. She met us just outside the cruise terminal and we set off in the van with our driver, Marco. We started with a tour out to Our Lady of the Rocks , which was incredible. Then she arranged for us to have a little coffee stop in Perast for this amazing lemon cake before driving back to Kotor. She and Marco were just so much fun and lively that our group fell in love with them. Back in Kotor she took us on a very comprehensive walking tour with great information about St Tryhon’s. At the end of our tour she even gave us a quick impromptu salsa lesson. It was an incredible day, spent in an incredible place with delightful people.
Oh my gosh GAGA WAS AMAZING! Not only was she beautiful and kind she was so intelligent ! She explained so much to us about her town and surroundings and her country. She answered all of our questions and more! We loved walking with her and having her explain so much to us. And then she amd her driver took us to Perest and it was so so beautiful. We stoped for a small lunch and had such a nice time talking with her. You will be so happy to have her be your guide! Thank you DRAGANA…..GAGA💕
Dragana has a way about her that made us feel like we were meeting with our long lost friend. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Montenegro and Kotor Old City and was able to answer any questions we had with ease. The tour was very relaxed and unhurried and Dragana was excellent at keeping us interested with both historical information and information about the lives of the people who reside in this small country. Our group hires private tours extensively and we rate this as one of the best short tours we have taken. We would recommend this tour to anyone looking for an overview of Montenegro and it's history.
As we disembarked the tender if our cruise ship, we could see that Kotor was a special place - clean and not yet overrun by tourist. There, on the port we were greeted by Dragana and we commence and wonderfully interesting tour of her hometown Kotor and the nearby Perast coast, both filled with volumes of history and the most beautiful countryside and coastline. Dragana was very detailed in her history of the sites we visited, including the Lady if the Rocks island and Cathedral and the Cathedral of St. Tryphon. I gauge our guides by their sincerity and passion for the community they represent. Dragana certainly loves her community, even raised her young family in the town center. My wife and I highly recommend Dragana for her passion, knowledge, and relatability.
We had a wonderful tour of Kotor! Dragana was kind and responsive. Excellent with communication. She actually woke up with a fever the morning of our tour but still took on the responsibility of finding us a guide. We toured with Petra who was phenomenal. We had an engaging and educational tour of all the best spots in Kotor. Dragana checked in on us and made sure things were going well. We were in excellent hands with Petra. I would not hesitate to highly recommend both Dragana and Petra! You will not be disappointed with this tour.
