This alcoholic drink is a a Hessian beverage specialty: a combination of Calvados brandy and a marinated fruit, the so-called Mispel. Nathalie was great! She had a strong knowledge as Frankfurt is her home town. She was clear and spoke loudly enough for my husband to hear. We covered a lot of territory in the City Center and then had drinks along the way. She was vibrant and energetic as well!

Nathalie provided an excellent tour of the old town in Frankfurt. Unfortunately, the weather caused her to alter her original tour, but she was still able to give us a great tour of the area. We had a lovely afternoon touring Frankfurt with Nathalie. This tour was a great combination of touring the city of Frankfurt and experiencing some of the local fare/drinks. Nathalie was an excellent tour guide who knew her city well. She shared history of the city, the country and the country's drinks. She also provided excellent restaurant recommendations for our dinners while in Frankfurt. We hope to get back to Frankfurt again and will definitely tour with Nathalie

·We'll Embark on a captivating walking tour of Frankfurt starting at Römerplatz, where we'll explore the new old town. ·First, we'll be visiting the Frankish Palatinate excavations. ·Next, we'll marvel marvel at the Golden Scales house and admire the imperial cathedral, St. Bartholomeo. ·Our journey will continue to St. Paul's Church, where we'll raise a toast with a typical Frankfurt drink. ·Wandering past Kleinmarkthalle and Liebfrauenkirche, we'll stroll down Zeil, heading towards a hidden rooftop bar. Here, we'll enjoy a glass of cider with a stunning view of the Frankfurt skyline. ·Our path will then lead us through Hauptwache, Börsenplatz. ·Then it's on to the Alter Oper, a 19th century concert hall. ·At last, we will culminate our tour by visiting one of our highest bars for a breathtaking panoramic view of Frankfurt, where we'll finish off with a festive "cheers" or, as we say here, "zum Wohl"!
