Normandy is not simply the place where I work, it is home. I was born and raised in the Bessin, just a few miles from the D-Day beaches, surrounded by places where history is still very much part of everyday life. I am naturally curious, passionate about history and storytelling, and I especially love discovering the people behind the events. For me, the best stories are often found in a personal memory, an unexpected detail, or a place you might easily pass without realizing what happened there. My first passion was theatre, and I studied drama before becoming a licensed professional guide. It may seem like an unusual path, but the two worlds fit together perfectly! Guiding, to me, is about bringing a story to life. I don't want you to spend your day listening to an endless list of dates, names, and military facts. I want you to understand what happened, why it mattered, and, above all, who experienced it. After many years of guiding, this is still what I love most about my job: every group is different, every conversation is different, and there is always another story to tell. Having grown up here gives me a special connection to Normandy and particularly to the D-Day beaches. Beyond the major sites, I love sharing individual stories of soldiers and civilians, local memories, and lesser-known places that help make the events of 1944 more human and meaningful. And while D-Day is an important part of my work, Normandy has many other stories to tell. We can step into the medieval world of Bayeux, follow in the footsteps of William the Conqueror, explore Mont-Saint-Michel, discover our coastline and countryside, or simply take the time to enjoy the atmosphere of a Norman village. If you have a family connection to the region or a particular historical interest, I am always happy to research it and make it part of our experience whenever possible. My tours are private and personal, so there is no need to follow a rigid script. Ask questions, tell me what fascinates you, change the pace, stop for a photograph, or spend longer somewhere that moves you. Whether this is your first visit to Normandy or a journey with a very personal meaning, I would be delighted to welcome you and help you discover my region through its history, its people, and its stories. And if you don't find exactly what you are looking for among my suggested tours, just tell me what you have in mind! I am always happy to create a customized itinerary based on your interests, wishes and pace, so that your time in Normandy truly feels like your own experience.

Discover the story of D-Day on an extended full-day private tour offering a broader understanding of the Normandy landings and Operation Overlord. From the British to the American sectors, discover how the Allied forces worked together on June 6, 1944, through the landscapes, remains and personal stories that bring these events to life. As a local guide born and raised in Normandy and still living in Arromanches, I have had the privilege of meeting hundreds of D-Day veterans over the years. Their memories, together with the stories of the Norman civilians who lived through the occupation, the landings and the Battle of Normandy, have deeply shaped the way I share this history. Beyond military facts and dates, I particularly enjoy connecting these personal stories with the places where they actually happened. Travelling in a comfortable private vehicle allows us to adapt the day to your interests, questions or family history, making the experience both personal and flexible.
GOLD BEACH & BRITISH NORMANDY MEMORIAL Discover the British landings and visit the memorial overlooking Gold Beach, honoring over 22,000 who died during the Battle of Normandy.
