Bonjour! My name is Amelia, and I’m a local licensed guide with a real passion for discovering new places, meeting people, and sharing memorable experiences. In my free time, I enjoy exploring my region, trying local food, spending time outdoors, and learning more about its history and culture. As a tour guide, what I enjoy most is connecting with travelers from around the world and helping them experience a destination in a more personal and authentic way. I love sharing interesting stories, local traditions, and those special details that you might not discover on your own. I’m proud to call Normandy home and I’m passionate about sharing everything that makes this area special. From its history and culture to its beautiful landscapes, local cuisine, and everyday way of life, there is so much to discover. I believe that visiting Normandy is not only about seeing famous places, but also about feeling the atmosphere and discovering the character of the region. Every traveler is different, so I’m happy to customize my tours according to your interests, expectations, and pace. Whether you are looking for history, culture, food, nature, or simply a relaxed and enjoyable experience, I’ll be happy to create a tour that suits you. Welcome to Normandy, I look forward to showing you around!

Explore Normandy’s American Sector, where history, landscapes, and the stories of D-Day come together. From the beaches and cliffs of the Normandy coast to the villages, memorials, and battlefields that shaped the Allied landings, this region offers a powerful connection to one of the defining moments of the 20th century. As a local guide with a deep connection to Normandy, I want to bring this history to life beyond the dates and facts. You’ll discover the places where American forces landed and fought, while hearing personal stories, lesser-known details, and insights that reveal what happened here and why it still matters today. I offer a personal and flexible experience, adapting the tour to your interests and making history accessible and meaningful. I can customize this tour according to your requests.
We'll start our tour at 1 PM in the town of Bayeux, the first town to be liberated by the Allied troops on June the 7th, 1944.
