Beijing Tech Tour: Xiaomi EV Factory & Robotaxi Experience

I will check availability, and only after I confirm a spot should you book the tour. 2. The Xiaomi EV Factory is outside central Beijing.The factory is about 30 km from central Beijing, and a one-way taxi ride usually takes around 1 hour depending on traffic. There is no convenient public transportation directly to the factory, so please allow enough travel time. 3. Photography and filming are restricted inside the factory.Some areas of the Xiaomi EV Factory do not allow photos or videos. You can meet me directly at the Xiaomi EV Factory, but I highly recommend meeting at your hotel. We can take a taxi together, and on the way I’ll introduce Beijing’s tech scene, Xiaomi and the development of electric vehicles in China. After arriving at the Xiaomi EV Factory, we’ll first visit the Xiaomi Auto showroom and take a closer look at the latest Xiaomi cars and their smart features. We’ll then join the scheduled factory tour, which takes about 1 hour. Inside, you’ll see Xiaomi’s highly automated EV production process and learn how its cars are built. After the factory visit, we’ll head to experience a robotaxi and see how driverless transportation is already operating in Beijing.
