Two-Day Classic Beijing Highlights Tour

Cathy was absolutely exceptional and made our two days in Beijing truly unforgettable. We were a group of seven spanning three generations, from our 8-year-old to my 84-year-old parents, with a mix of English and Chinese speakers. Cathy handled all of this effortlessly. Her knowledge of Beijing's history and culture is remarkable. She brought every site to life with context and stories that kept the kids engaged and my parents equally captivated. She was warm and patient with all ages, and her energy never flagged across two full days of touring. What really set Cathy apart was her flexibility. She customized our plan on the fly based on our group's needs and pace, and never made it feel like a rigid itinerary. She also went above and beyond with practical travel advice for the rest of our trip in China, which turned out to be invaluable. Switching seamlessly between English and Chinese, she made sure no one in our group ever felt left out. If you are bringing a multigenerational family to Beijing, Cathy is simply the best guide you could hope for. We are so grateful for the experience she created for us.

We had such a great time on our 2-Day Bejing Tour! Our guide, Cathy, she was awesome and exceptional! Very informative and engaging ! It was two fantastic days tour covering so much history and culture. Cathy's entertaining storytelling, her passion and expertise, made the two days tour enjoyable, we gained a wealth of fascinating information and insights of Chinese's history as well as religion culture! Cathy worked perfectly with driver Liang, in the cold winter Liang always waiting ahead at the closest spot, with heating on, our car was brand new, large and spacious, what a perfect arranging !!! All the food we tried was delicious… especially the trout fish. I highly recommend Cathy and driver Liang — They truly made the days outstanding. Thanks Cathy and Liang !!!

We enjoyed our two days with Cathy. Our driver was excellent as well and the vehicle so comfortable and clean. Cathy did a great job of explaining the history of the places we visited and getting us around with the fewest steps and crowds. We loved the advantage of touring with a local. She is great a taking pictures of us at the best spots so after the tour we have great memories of everywhere we visited. Her English is excellent and she was willing to adapt the tour to our needs and wants. Thanks so much for not just taking us around but becoming a friend.

She is very knowledgeable of both the historical facts and details of each location and also the tricks on maneuvering through and between sites.
