It greatly influenced Chinese history and landscape with its famous impressive views and cultural interests, which was also know as 'The Museum of Chinese imperial Gardens'. Not only that, you get to meet the locals! It's super famous among the locals who still visit the park. You get to see them practice Chinese internal martial art called Taiji, Water Calligraphy and so many other traditional games. You will certainly see a lot of interesting things in this 2 hours tour. The construction of Summer Palace started in 1760 as an imperial garden for royal families to rest and entertain. It later became the main residence of imperial members, It also represented ancient Chinese architecture, which was the biggest imperial garden, and the Summer Palace was a brilliant expression of the garden. The amazing landscape of hills and lake is incorporated with synthetic features such as pavilions, halls, palaces, and bridges to form a harmonious cast of superb value. the tour will start from east gate of Summer Palace to north gate, and the walking Summer Palace tour will take around 2 hours, with Kunming lake and garden area from the southwest part of Beijing.
