Hola Amigos! My name is Carolina, and I'm a food and Wine passionate/tour guide :) I have a journalism mayor, but after landing my first job in a vineyard, I fell in love with it and decided to dedicate 100 per cent to be an ambassador for Chilean wines and gastronomy. I have worked in vineyards of the most important wine valleys of central Chile, as well as the top restaurants of Santiago, while educating myself as much as posible. My passion for travelling, food and different cultures, led me to start guiding for an American company. This job gave me a fantastic opportunity to meet new friends all the time, while revisiting the vineyards and seeing what's new to taste. I'm a history and politics passionate too, specially Andean cultures, so I would love to take you not just on wine and culinary tours, but also tell you as much as possible about our ancestors and all their legacy. And if that can be done with a glass of wine in our hands, why not? :) We can do walking tours if you want, but if you need a car, I have the perfect van and driver: my wonderful husband! He's a tour guide too, and trust me, we make the best team. Since I enjoy my work so much, I want you to learn just as much as have fun. I also love to wear Bandanas. . . of many colours, so you can spot me from far when I'm picking you up from the airport or cruise. Can't wait to hear from you! Saludos Sommelier School of Chile, Level 1 and 2 Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 1, 2 and 3 Journalism Degree, University of las Americas Asociate, Central Valley Guides Asociation, Chile First aids Course, Red Cross of Chile Ten years of experience guiding for upscale, tailor made tour agencies. I am not a driver. but I work with great drivers, so I'm able to arrange a car for our tours.

Enjoy the beautiful Chilean countryside, pedaling through vineyards and wineries in Casablanca Valley, right in between Santiago and port cities San Antonio and Valparaiso. No racing! just a peaceful stroll, starting and ending with food and wine in small boutique wineries of the valley. Can anything be better? maybe a stop for local pastries on the way back to Santiago ;)
pick up hotel/cruise/airport drive to first vineyard, tour and tasting of 3/4 wines bike to second vineyard (16 to 20 km, or 10 to 14 miles) wine paired lunch at second vineyard return to hotel/Cruise/airport

we would use a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, or a Mercedes Benz Vito, depending if you have luggage. for larger groups, we will use a Mercedes Sprinter for up to 14 passengers
