Nice to meet you! I am Elena 🙂 Bienvenus à Québec ! Here is my story in a few words. I was born and grew up in a country that no longer exists — the USSR. From the age of 10, I was passionate about mountain tourism and rock-climbing, and later began travelling outside our once-closed borders. After university, I combined my love of foreign languages and travel by working as a tourist guide, interpreter, translator, and language teacher (French, English, Turkish, and Russian). Since 2002, I’ve been living in one of the most fascinating, beautiful, best-preserved, and safest cities in the world — Québec City. I love this city and hope to share that passion and knowledge with every visitor I meet. Qualifications & Memberships • Licensed tourist guide • Member of CGAQ • Member of AGTQ • Graduate of Kuban State University — Faculty of Foreign Philology I look forward to welcoming you and helping you discover the magic of Québec!

Dear Guest, If you visit our City (especially in spring!) and wish to see, taste and assist in a unique Cabane-a-sucre (Sugar Shack Activity), this tour may suit you. You will surely appreciate the most French city in Canada and the USA - the cradle of Canada. Together, we will do a ~2. 5 hours tour of Old Quebec and find out a lot of interesting things, such as: How did the French treat the indigenous people in previous centuries? How big was New France in the 17th and 18th centuries? What gifts did Québec City receive for its 400th Anniversary? Why Old Quebec was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List? Are there any diamonds in Cap Diamant? What is there so special at the Notre-Dame-de-Quebec Cathedral-Basilica? Which country and province is the biggest producer of maple syrup in the world? How and when do we collect the sap? How does the sap turn into syrup, sugar, butter etc?
- Plains of Abraham, where a 20-minute battle changed the history of the whole continent; - Parliament Building (2017 - the celebration of 225 years of Parliament system in Canada) and Tourny Fountain - Ursuline's Convent and Chapel - Holy Trinity Cathedral - the first Anglican church built outside British Iles - Notre-Dame-de-Quebec Basilica Cathedral with the Holy Door - Exceptional Chateau Frontenac and Dufferin Terrace with its splendid St-Lawrence River view - Place Royale where, in 1608, Quebec City was found - Fresco - Petit Champlain - One of the Sugar Shacks with all the traditional meals and activities.
