Shadya was very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and flexible adjusted the tour to our desires. Share plenty of good tips for other things to do in the area as well as restaurants. She had some wonderful engaging stories that brought the history and places we were seeing to real life we use many private guide guides of the years and she was one of the very best.
Shadya is a wonderful guide. We were a group of four ladies who love to travel. This was our first time to Quebec City and we started our trip on this walking tour with Shadya. She is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and obviously loves her city. We learned the history of Quebec City while walking its lovely areas. She told us many stories along the way which made it memorable and fun! At the end of our tour, we felt Shadya became our friend. Very highly recommend.
Our family was visiting Quebec for the first time and we were looking for a good overview of the Old Town. Shadya was a great guide; she asked questions about our interests, was very knowledgeable, friendly and full of stories. She guided us down the many steps, up and down hills, and to my relief, took us to the Funicular as an alternative to many more steps back up to the Upper Old Town. Shadya's English is excellent and she provided some great dining and ice-cream recommendations. I highly recommend Shadya and would book with her again.
100% recommend Shadya. She is knowledgeable and gives a lot of local color in her remarks. She's also a fun person to walk the city with. The pace was perfect and we felt like we had an excellent overview of Quebec city.

Shadya is a gem. You want your next tour with her. Her knowledge is so deep (she teaches the new tour guides) but her personality and style are as important. She can "read the room" and give you exactly the tour you want. IT rained pretty hard during our tour (and was cold) so she got her car and we drove for part of the tour. we give her an A+ rating and would do 6 stars if we could
