Here is my biography in a few words. I was born and spent my childhood and youth in a country which does not exist anymore - USSR :-) from the age of 10, I was doing rock-climbing and mountain tourism. Then started travelling outside our closed country. After the University I combined my love for foreign languages and for travelling and worked as a tourist guide, as well as an interpreter, translator and language teacher (French, English, Turkish and Russian).

Since 2002 my family lives in one the most interesting, beautiful, very well preserved and safe cities of the World. I LOVE QUÉBEC and hope to be able to transfer this love and knowledge to my clients. . .

I would gladly introduce you to one of the most beautiful cities in the world! You will be exposed to the history of Quebec City - the cradle of future Canada.

During our walk around Quebec City, we will see such great places and views as Chateau Frontenac - the most photographed hotel in the world; Cap Diamant, Place Royale, Monasteries, Cathedrals, Montmorency Falls, which marked the history of Quebec. And much more. . .

After the historic and architectural part of our tour, there will be a natural one - thé Montmorency Falls.

The maps and the pictures I use will help you to understand and to imagine all the historical events.

During this tour, you'll admire wonderful sceneries, while I share some local anecdotes and history with you, plus, of course, you'll have the opportunity to taste delicious local products from handpicked producers!

The Island of Orleans has a rich history, starting from the first French settlements, refuges of First Nations, to a British period as well as contemporary development. The first fromagerie of Canada appeared here. Also, a special variety of grapes have been developed here by the Université Laval, particularly aligned with the climate conditions of the island. The delicious taste of the ice vine and cider produced on the island are well known even outside of Quebec.

Presently the Island of Orleans is the vegetable and fruit basket of Quebec. Of course, we'll homage Felix Leclerc, the person who made everything to protect the Island's character. Our grand finale will be visiting the magnificent Montmorency Falls, which have one and a half times the height of the famous Niagara Falls.
