I specialize in walking tours. However, on specific request case basis I can book a vehicle for tours. There is so much to offer and enjoy in Atlantic Canada's largest city. So come and enjoy home away from home with me. I have my Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Mary's University. I majored in Classics and a double minor in Cultural/Urban Geography as well as History. My work experience includes six years at the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic as a Interpreter Guide. I dedicate much of my spare time to advocating heritage in Halifax and promoting my historic neighbourhood of Schmidt's Ville. I am also recipient of the Heritage Trust of Nova Scotia Award for Excellence in Heritage Preservation, 2024. My tours are walking tours. I don't even know where to begin... I think William was one of the very best guides we have ever had. He had an encyclopedic knowledge of history and architecture which he conveyed with wit and charm... there was never a boring moment and seeing the city though his eyes was like being in every moment of history he described.
