Naturally, I hold tours to some of the most popular locations in Nova Scotia such as: Halifax, Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, Annapolis Valley, and the Bay of Fundy areas. If you're in Nova Scotia for a limited amount of time and you want to visit (2) of its most popular locations on the same day, this is a great option for you. The tour begins as you leave Halifax for the Lunenburg UNESCO World Heritage Site, as you are taken back to an era long ago. See how the traditions and charm of the past have survived to the present day. Lunenburg is truly a unique experience and a place you won't soon forget. In the early afternoon, you leave Lunenburg and travel to Peggy's Cove on Nova Scotia's scenic "Lighthouse Route" in the St. Margaret's Bay. Along the way, you will see countless small fishing villages and the rugged and dangerous rocky coastline that was formed by retreating glaciers at the end of the last "Ice Age". Depending on where you prefer, you have the option of taking the time to have something to eat during the day. The choice is yours. This tour is also customizable to your specific interests. We (10) experienced a VERY rainy day of touring. Jeff adapted our previously arranged agenda due to the weather conditions. He aranged to pick us back up if we called..which we did. We saw Peggy's Cove, Titanic graves, drove about town to hear about the Halifax Explosion, Halifax Memorial (bells) and the Citadel. He was VERY informativeheld ...a constant conversation about these areas. GREAT JOB by a very pleasant fella.

Jeff was on time, personable and very knowledgeable. He shared many interesting tidbits in our south shore tour. Private group tour was exactly how we envisioned it - flexible and focused on getting the mist from our day to these beautiful sites. Vehicle was very comfortable for 10 of us. Large windows had the feel of a bus without the difficult steps to climb. Great day in NS!!

Tour begins. 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Halifax to Lunenburg (2: 30-hour stay) 1:00 PM - 2:15 PM: Lunenburg to Peggy's Cove (1-hour stay) 3:15 PM - 4:15 PM: Peggy's Cove to Halifax Your tour finishes and you are then taken back to your hotel or cruise ship pier in Halifax.
