The tour begins as you leave Halifax for the Lunenburg UNESCO World Heritage Site, as you are taken back to an era long ago. See how the traditions and charm of the past have survived to the present day. Lunenburg is truly a unique experience and a place you won't soon forget. In the early afternoon, you leave Lunenburg and travel to nearby Mahone Bay. Here, you will have time to explore Mahone Bay's vibrant waterfront area and browse some of its quaint shops and specialty stores. This tour is also customizable to your specific interests. Tour begins. 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Halifax to Lunenburg 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Lunenburg (2: 30-hour stay) 1:00 PM - 1:15 PM: Lunenburg to Mahone Bay 1:15 PM - 2:30 PM: Mahone Bay (1:15 hour stay) 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Mahone Bay to Halifax 3:30 PM: End of tour. Drop off at your hotel or cruise ship terminal. Your tour finishes and you are then taken back to your hotel or cruise ship pier in Halifax.
