Loved this tour with Patricia - she tailored the tour to meet some mobility challenges and fit in so much in our time together. Laneways, murals, shopping arcades, Fitzroy gardens and fairy tree, Shine of Rembrance, galleries, lunch at Victoria Market, city buildings and Formula One racetrack and Australian Open locations. Early, prepared, and immediately invested in our day, her Melbourne in a Nutshell was thorough and personalized: from photos at St. Kilda to contemplating the Shrine of Remembrance, strolling Queen Victoria Market, and all highlights in between, we felt that Patricia truly gave us a glimpse of Melbourne amid great care to tailor to our limited mobility. We were so impressed with her safety and mindfulness all while her insights gave life to all the sites - an interior here, street art there, friezes, facades, etc., all given due and context with her deep knowledge and enthusiasm. Patricia is someone who not only lives and loves Melbourne but can also bring others into that light; we are so thankful to have booked with her.

Patricia is very professional, organized, and well informed about the city she loves! We had a wonderful tour, saw areas of the city we were interested in, and learned a lot. She was thoughtful, had water and snacks available if we wanted. She even thought to bring a step-stool for my mother-in-law who is traveling with us... great!

Patricia is a great tour guide around Melbourne. She provided us with the right mix of sites and information covering history, art, architecture and flora (in the botanical garden). We especially appreciated the tour of the memorial including a great view of the city and the fabulous street art in some of the less known alleyways!! In addition, she provided awesome dinner suggestions!

We really enjoyed touring with Patricia. Even though our cruise's departure time was changed to earlier, Patricia reconfigured the day's itinerary to be sure we still hit all the highlights. She expertly shepherded us around the city - by foot and by car - and was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing lots of history with us.
