Hello, my name is Andrea. I moved to Ushuaia 24 years ago, after finishing my university studies in Buenos Aires. Now I have my family here an a beautiful dougther who was born here in Ushuaia. I've been working as a tour guide all this years and also combined as a ski instructor during the winters. Overview of your Ushuaia tour
At the Tierra del Fuego National Park you will feel immersed in nature, where you really enjoy the forest, mountains, rivers, wildlife, beagle channel (sea), it's situated to the west side of Ushuaia City. When we are inside the Tierra del Fuego National park we can stop for short walks, panoramic lookouts , photographs and why not for a hot chocolate, coffee or snack ? If it is possible by the national park rules, we can stop in every corner you find interesting. Highlights include Lago Acigami (Roca), Río Lapataia , Río Ovando, Laguna Verde, Bahía Lapataia Coming back, we will drive towards the east across Ushuaia city, where we will see and understand the fisonomy and history of this city. We continue with the road 3 (Pan-American Highway) discovering glacial valleys and andes range, ski centers (Downhill and cross-country spectacular and colorful peat bogs and we arrive at the highest part of this road (Garibaldi Pass) where we will have a terrific view of the Hidden and Fagnano lakes.
