Jon is an amazing tour guide! We had a blast on our Brooklyn Bridge tour with him. He was engaging and prepared to answer all our questions, tour related or not. He made sure we were comfortable and had all the food/beverage/bathroom breaks we needed and pointed out the best places to get amazing photos.
