My name is Michael, 48 and a Belfast native, and although I am a New guide to Tours by Locals, I have been a Tour guide in my home town of Belfast for over 10 years, and a cabbie for more than 20 years. I really enjoy travelling and taking visitors through our history, our city and our culture, with specific interests in the amazing causeway coast and the famous Belfast murals, let me take you in style and comfort through an amazing journey no matter what your choice. Looking forward to meeting you all. Michael has been one of our favorite guides he explained the history and political climate of the area in ways an American could understand! He selected the most beautiful areas outside of the city and tailored activities to our interest and skill level. We only wish we would have had more time. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful tour with Michael today. It included an excellent introduction to the Murals and Peace Wall in Belfast , followed by a drive up the Antrim Coast , with stops at the Hedges, a view of the Rope Bridge , lunch in Bushmills and on to the Giant’s Causeway. The weather was cool and windy by then , but no matter. The views of the Irish Sea and Atlantic Ocean ,...

I had a great day with Michael. He accommodated my schedule for a tour at Bushmills. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. He went out of his way to make the day enjoyable and enlightening. I highly recommend him.

Great tour! Michael was friendly and very knowledgeable! We had a great tour of the Giants Causeway, a castle, and other out-of-town sites and also the Titanic Museum. Michael was sure to get us back to our ship in plenty time. Highly recommended!
