Join me and discover the 8th Wonder of the world, the Giants Causeway formed by Finn McCool the fair giant. Climb the stones at the no. 1 visitor attraction in Northern Ireland situated on the North Coast with beautiful scenery and a drive rated in the top 5 best drives in the world. The Causeway itself is a marvel to behold how the rock formations came to be and the story of the Giant that built it. Nestled beside the causeway is Bushmills distillery the oldest licensed in the world with its own unique 12-year whiskey exclusive only for its visitors to sample. Further along the coast, we have Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge for those who dare to cross the 30-meter drop. On a more tranquil peaceful note, the coastal drive leads us to the Glens of Antrim with its lush green scenery, forest park with red squirrels, and spectacular waterfalls. There is a little bit of something for all travellers to enjoy on this day tour.
My group thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with Michael. He is knowledgable about the area, created a day trip that included all the spots we wanted to visit, and made sure we were back to our ship in time. We would have taken him on our entire trip if we could!
Michael provided us with a wonderful tour of a waterfall park, coastal drive, and viewpoint of the rope bridge. He took us to a great lunch spot with the best Beef and Guinness Stew. Then we went to Giants Causeway. We also stopped at the Dark hedges and Bushmills distillery. Michael’s communication before the tour day and about the pick up spot was wonderful. Thank you Michael!

Our group of 8 had a fabulous day touring the north coast of Ireland to the Giants Causeway with beautiful stops along the way. The drive was customized to fit our interests and included a fantastic little hike to see a beautiful waterfall. Back in Belfast we saw the Peace Wall and other points of interest from the city. Michael made us feel like old friends, providing refreshments and interesting conversation. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely amazing tour...Mike was a fantastic guide...took us through a nature reserve, caves, the Giants, Castles and the list goes on...he even showed us the sights in Belfast...truly a remarkable day...highly recommend this tour and our guide
- The day starts when guests are ready to travel. - A typical itinerary is pick up 8 am before we travel 1 hour away to the Glens of Antrim for an hour with nature to ease us ahead for the day. - We then travel along the North coast road to Carrick-a-rede rope bridge to cross the 30m chasm. - A 1 hour Lunch break at Fullarton arms gets us ready for the afternoon ( delicious local produce at reasonable prices). - After lunch, we travel to the Giants Causeway for 1 hour. - Bushmills distillery is a whiskey sampling taste for guests to enjoy local flavour. - After the distillery, we travel back to Belfast via Dark Hedges famous trees or else Dunluce Castle for a photo stop. Arrive in Belfast at approx 5 pm. This is typically a 9-hour tour but can be modified to suit guests' itinerary plans. This is a typical itinerary starting times attractions and lunch destinations can all be changed to suit different guests' individual plans.
