Belfast Historical and Political Tour

Our private tour in Belfast with Keiron was very educational. Keiron and his family lived in Belfast through its troubled years so his perspectives were from personal experiences and extremely moving. Keiron took us to the Andrew Jackson Cottage and US Rangers Museum, which was unexpectedly fantastic. We learned more about Jackson and his connection to Scotland in 15 minutes with the museum curator, then in any history class. We highly recommend visiting Belfast and touring with Keiron.

Our "Troubles" tour by Keiron was absolutely fabulous. He is a joy to spend time with, and ever so attentive to the needs of his customers. More than that, he is an font of wisdom and insight as to the history of Belfast. It is wisdom he came by personally, which he shared with us in an even-handed and honest way, which increased the depth of our understanding of these events immeasurably. This day turned out to be both pleasant and important in our understanding of history—quite combination.

Keiron took 6 of us (from a cruise ship) on a fantastic tour of Belfast with emphasis on the history of The Troubles. There is nothing more interesting than history being explained by someone who experienced it firsthand! His vehicle was excellent and he made great use of our limited time.
