I have been a local cab driver and tour guide going on 20 years. A welcome host and world host certification. I grew up in turbulent times, a period more often called the Troubles, I offer a very informative and personalized tour of my city and its history. With first hand accounts of life in conflict. My political history tour is very sought after as it delivers first hand accounts of life in my city during the conflict. I will pick up at any city centre hotel, any port, station or as requested by guests. My Vehicle is a brand new 2018 Ford Tourneo with a max passenger capacity of 7 people, fully air conditioned, comfortable and safe, The perfect vehicle for the Causeway coastal drive. We could not have been happier with our Belfast host, John Johnston, our Jackie. He not only met us as we left our ship …. He was 15 minutes early. He knew our names after initial introductions and asked all six of us if we had specific “must sees” for the tour. Johnny worked very diligently in providing us with a balanced view of the history of the Northern Island conflict.
