I started working in tourism in 2007 and became a licensed Tour Guide in 2017. I introduce my guests to these sites through everyday life, rather than beginning with dates and monuments: what happened inside a bakery, a bathhouse, a shop. When the place allows it, I introduce you to people who really lived there — men and women whose choices, work and ambitions are still visible in the archaeological evidence, one house, one fresco, one inscription at a time.
