Felicia was extremely professional and knowledgeable, providing us with detail and elaboration on all of the history of both the archeological site and the history and political scene that surrounded the era of the eruption of Vesuvius. She took her time with us and made sure we were well informed and our questions were answered. There were four in our private tour group and she customized the tour to all of our interests. She was kind and considerate and articulated historical information in stories that made sense to us. All of the information was fascinating as she not only talked about the impact of the event on a personal level but also tied stories into current times. We were incredibly fortunate to have had Felicia as our guide. Her knowledge and skills as a guide in imparting the information in a meaningful way was indeed impressive.
