New York City 6-Hour Sightseeing Tour in a Comfortable, Luxury Sprinter

One of Manhattan's nicknames is Skyscraper National Park, we have the largest collection of skyscrapers in the United States. What's great about traveling through NYC in a Sprinter van is that you can look up through its large windows and see the tall buildings. And I will tell you their stories while you look. I've worked in a number of tall buildings in NYC, including the original No. 1 World Trade Center, the northerly of the twin towers. I can tell you what it's like being in a skyscraper when it's very windy and hearing and feeling the building groan and sway! Naturally, New York City is a city not only of many buildings but of over 8. 5 million people and one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the world. Try and name an ethnicity that is not represented with a restaurant in NYC, you can't do it. So, NYC is a restaurant town, it's a skyscraper city and of course, it's the center of the financial industry and culture in the U. S. It's all here, come and see!

From your hotel, cruise-port or airport, we'll drive through NYC, mostly Manhattan although we can hop over to Brooklyn for a bit as well. We could first head up to Central Park and step out for a very brief visit. Next we'll pay a visit to Times Square - home of the New Years Eve Party. We'll stop at Madison Square Park to view the Empire State Building, the Flatiron Building and the Met Life Tower. We'll pass through Greenwich Village & SoHo, perhaps stop in one of those neighborhoods for a snack. We'll see the Highline, then we'll head down to Chinatown, Little Italy, the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, we'll view the Statue of Liberty (we won't go to it on this tour), and the 9/11 Memorial. I will tell you the true fascinating stories of NYC's past and most recent history as well as point out locations where popular movies and tv shows have been filmed and where the celebrities work and play! We'll then drop you off at any location that works for you and me and our driver at the conclusion of our tour
