I am a life-long New Yorker, and a 5-borough enthusiast (the history, architecture, geography, art, green spaces, and secret spots). My goal as a guide is to make you just as at home here as a local does. My tours help you explore and take a deeper appreciation of my city's architecture, art, history, and culture. I specialize in walking tours, small-groups only, especially for those who are looking for a deep dive or something off the beaten path. These tour model also now ensures the safest way to explore a city. I believe that a tour isn't just about seeing a place; it's about experiencing it, on the ground. New York City has so many sights to see, and so many ways to see them. Maps, guide books, etc, can cover only the basics. I aim to offer something more personal and fun. . . and ultimately memorable. The beauty of New York is that no matter how many times you have visited, or how long you lived here, there are always new places to discover. I have a passion for my city, and I know that you will too after your time with me. Licensed New York City Sightseeing Guide by the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs Board Member, Guides Association of NYC (GANYC) I have been interviewed by NY1 News, Medium.com, and Metro. All tours are designed for exploration on foot, the truly local way to experience NYC, using public transit or Uber where needed. A driver to the starting location can be arranged on request, if absolutely necessary, or I can accompany you in your vehicle.

This walk is one of my favorites in the entire city. . . a peaceful journey away from the noisy car-filled streets of Manhattan. Your guided walking tour will began in the historic Meatpacking District, a corridor of food production for nearly a century. See how the area has been preserved while also evolving into a trendy neighborhood of boutique shops and restaurants. It is there that we will enter the High Line park at its southern end, before beginning our 1. 3-mile journey uptown. Through historic photos and discussion, you will discover the site's amazing evolution. You will also see the ever-changing art displays along this line. You will see new buildings by Zaha Hadid, Bjarke Ingels, and others. At the end, I will show you the new Hudson Yards, the largest private development in US history, which I have spent years visiting and researching. Learn the story of its rise and see the Shed performing arts center, the Vessel, 30 Hudson: NY's now 3rd-tallest building, & more.
Our tour will in the heart of the former Meatpacking District. From there, I will guide you to the High Line, and we will make our way uptown along this beautiful greenway. In addition to explaining the history and evolution of this unique space, I will help point out the amazing views it provides of all the surrounding architecture and landmarks. We will visit The Spur, the newest and final section of the High Line. At the end of the High Line, we will arrive at Hudson Yards. I will provide an overview tour of this new district, providing details on each building. I will also provide architectural concepts of the buildings yet to come. See it with a true local! At the end of the tour, you will have many options to continue your time at Hudson Yards: a journey up the Vessel, a visit to the Edge observation deck, or an amazing culinary exploration at celebrity chef Jose Andres' food hall (Mercado Little Spain).
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
