Everything you wanted to ask about New York but were (not so) afraid to ask - you don't even have to ask me, I'll just start telling you everything I know! Just point me in a direction that interests you. Maybe you've been here before, maybe it's your first visit - New York may seem bewildering even for a seasoned traveler. But let it grow on you a moment. Employ me as your guide through the not-so-concrete jungle of New York's past and present. Give yourself a chance to see what millions of residents value in this loud and chaotic town. I've been doing this for 13+ years and I love showing people around NYC. I have studied its history, visited its hidden places, I have even walked around Manhattan by shoreline multiple times, just to get a better feel of the island. You will get a bunch of info from me, answers to your questions, tips, advice and recommendations. Let's explore the city together!

I will pick you up in your hotel or at a convenient meeting spot and we'll set out for the day of exploration. The route is customizable but generally will go by the following plan. • We'll explore Midtown: from Central Park down Fifth avenue to and through the Rockefeller Center towards Times Square and then past Bryant Park on 42nd street to the New York Public Library and Grand Central Terminal • After exploring the magnificent Terminal we'll hop on the subway; on the way Downtown we'll talk about the history of transportation in NYC; the ride will take us only about 15 minutes • We will feel as we have teleported to a different city once we've hit the streets of the Financial District; here we will explore the World Trade Center, visit the 9/11 memorial, and walk Wall street to see the Stock Exchange and the site of the first presidential inauguration; we'll learn about the times of the American Revolution and the history of the Dutch colonial city of New Amsterdam that began New York City
