It takes a real New Yorker with a deep-rooted passion for the city to offer real New York tours. If anyone can show you the nooks and crannies of the NY streets and eats, yours truly! No one knows New York better! I am a licensed New York City tour guide as well as an authentic, native New Yorker. In college, I used to drive a New York City Checker Cab to help pay my college expenses, which helped me learn the ins and outs of every borough. During my lifetime in New York, I have experienced the evolutionary changes of the city’s diverse neighbourhoods. This, coupled with a keen interest in New York history, trains and subways, I believe makes me the ideal NY tour guide. Are you ready for the ultimate neighbourhood tour of NYC and to see the sights through the eyes of a quintessential New Yorker? My Bagel Tours are the real deal! I offer private and customized tours of New York City, each one starting with a bagel, fresh out of the oven. What could be better than beginning your NYC tours with the most iconic food of New York?

Treat yourself to a sesame bagel and an inside peek at the inner workings and behind-the-scenes secret treasures of one of the world’s Top 10 tourist destinations, Grand Central Terminal in midtown, NYC. A triumph of architecture and transportation for its era, Grand Central has been renowned as a premier destination for more than 100 years. Trains such as the 20th Century Limited set the highest standard of luxury travel for its time. This guided walking tour covers a number of sites both inside and outside the Terminal, showcasing its history & architecture as well as little known (but interesting) facts. I will also address part of the history of New York, touching upon the New York Central Railroad, which lead to the building of the Terminal.
·After meeting at the Grand Central Terminal's Information Booth, we'll proceed to do a tour of the main concourse, which the booth is at the centre of. ·We will then move to the Vanderbilt Waiting room where I'll give you historical context about the room itself and the campaign to preserve the Terminal from being torn down. ·From there, we will go outside of the terminal to observe its frontal facade. ·We will then go back inside, where I'll tell you about the Campbell bar, and from there we'll go back to the main floor. ·Next, we'll visit the Kissing Gallery and then go down to the lower food court. ·Out last stop will be the whispering gallery.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
