Multi day Tunisia battelfields WW2 Tour

Together we will explore the many sites and sceneries of major sites and itineraries both forces went through, starting with Northern Tunisia, where we will visit Long stop Hill, and the surrounding area of Medjez el Bab, going through major passes in the centre like Kasserine pass, Sidi Bouzid and El Guettar. We will also visit the south of the country with the Mareth line and the local military museum. The tour includes visits to ancient historical sites like Sbeitla and Carthage. Finally, we will visit American WWII memorial in Tunis, before you go for a relaxing walk in the medina of Tunis and the blue and white village of Sidi Bousaid.

Suggested itinerary: Day 1: Panoramic view of Medjez-el-Bab, Tebourba ,long stop Hill . Continue to Kasserine pass for a panoramic view of the pass ,bhiret Fousana and Jebel Hamra. Spend the night in Gafsa. Day 2: Gafsa-Patton's hill el Guettar-Tebbaga gap-Matmata panoramic view of Paton Hill en El Guetar.drive to Tebbaga gap through gumtree road and Jebel erroumana. spendthe night in Gabes. Day 3: Gabes-Mareth line -Matmata-Sfax visit Mareth line and local military museum.Visit star wars installation at Sidi Driss and a troglodyte house in Matmata. Spend the night in Sfax Day 4 : Sfax-Faid pass -el houareb-Kairouan Depart to Faid pass for a panoramic view of field of action.. Continue to Kairouan through El Houareb pass. Spend the night in Kairouan. Day 5 : Carthage - American Memorial - Sidi Bousaid. visit major spots in Carthage.visit the American war memorial. Walk in Sidi Bousaid with a panoramic view of Carthage bay. End of the tour and transfer to airport.
